Most refunds are completed within 5 to 15 business days.

Chargebacks and Bank Disputes

If you have already initiated a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor, we may not be able to issue a separate refund through Artboard Studio.

In such cases, the dispute process must be resolved directly through your financial institution.
